<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Siren's Commands started as a handful of shortcuts I got tired of living without. It is now <strong>67 commands</strong> covering the things vanilla Hytale simply has no answer for — private messaging, teleport requests, homes, mail, and the moderation tools a server needs the first time two players fall out.</span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Every command here exists for one of two reasons: the engine has no equivalent at all, or the vanilla version is buried behind a staff permission and three levels of sub-command. Nothing is duplicated for the sake of it — where Hytale already does the job well, this plugin leaves it alone.</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Homes, mail, nicknames, mutes and playtime all <strong>survive a restart</strong>. Messages and teleports work <strong>across worlds</strong>. Everything worth tuning lives in a config file that writes itself on first boot.</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>This plugin has </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>no direct relation</strong></span><strong> with my other plugin called </strong><strong><a style="color: #bfedd2;" href="https://www.curseforge.com/hytale/mods/mermaids" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Mermaids</a>.</strong></span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>This plugin is in active development and many other commands will be added in the future.</strong></span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>Commands</strong>:</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Type <strong>/scmds</strong> in game to browse these by group, or <strong>/scmds <group></strong> to open one.</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">Talking to people</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Hytale has no way for two players to speak privately. It has <em>/say</em>, which shouts at everyone. That is the whole of it.</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/msg</strong>, /tell, /w <player> <message> — Send a private message</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/reply</strong>, /r <message> — Answer without retyping their name</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/mail send</strong> <player> <message> — Write to someone who is offline</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/mail</strong>, /mail read, /mail clear — Read or bin your letters</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/ignore</strong>, /unignore <player> — Block one person, in chat <em>and</em> in messages</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/ignorelist</strong> — See who you are ignoring</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/msgtoggle</strong> — Turn private messages off entirely</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/socialspy</strong> — Watch every private message <em>(staff)</em></span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">Getting around</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/tpa</strong>, <strong>/tpahere</strong> <player> — Ask before you travel</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/tpaccept</strong>, <strong>/tpdeny</strong>, <strong>/tpcancel</strong> — Answer or withdraw a request</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/rtp</strong>, /wild — Drop somewhere random, and survivable</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/back</strong> — Return to where you died</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/top</strong> — Up to the surface</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/jump</strong>, <strong>/thru</strong> — Leap to what you are looking at, or step through it <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/tphere</strong>, <strong>/tpall</strong> — Pull one player, or everyone <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/tpworld</strong> <world> — Travel to another world's spawn <em>(staff)</em></span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">Homes</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Vanilla gives you exactly one home, it is your respawn point, and you cannot move it.</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/sethome</strong> <name> — Save where you are standing</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/home</strong> <name> — Travel to one</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/homes</strong>, /home list — See what you have</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/delhome</strong> <name>, /home delete <name> — Get rid of one</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">How many homes a rank gets is a permission, not a config list — grant <strong>sirenscommands.homes.10</strong> and that rank keeps ten.</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">Who is here</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/list</strong>, /players — Who is connected, and who is away</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/near</strong> <radius> — Who is close by, with distances</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/afk</strong> <reason> — Mark yourself away (or let the idle timer do it)</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/playtime</strong>, <strong>/seen</strong>, <strong>/firstjoin</strong> <player> — History the engine does not keep</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/whois</strong> <player> — Identity, position, group, ping and playtime in one card</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/nick</strong> <name>, <strong>/realname</strong> <nickname> — Go by another name, and find out who is behind one</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/staff</strong> — Which staff are on, and which are actually at their keyboard</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/mods</strong> — What is loaded here, with versions</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">Running a server</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/motd</strong>, <strong>/rules</strong> — Config-driven text pages, shown on join</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/kit</strong> <name>, /kit list — Kits with permissions and cooldowns</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/helpop</strong> <message>, <strong>/report</strong> <player> <reason> — Reach staff, rate limited</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/broadcast</strong>, /bc <message> — Announce with a server prefix <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/mute</strong>, <strong>/unmute</strong> <player> — Silence one player in text chat <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/mutechat</strong>, <strong>/slowchat</strong> <seconds> — Lock chat, or slow it down <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/lockdown</strong> — Close the doors to everyone but staff <em>(admin)</em></span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Mutes, the chat lock and the lockdown all persist. A mute a player can clear by relogging is not a moderation tool.</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;">World and upkeep</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/day</strong>, <strong>/night</strong>, <strong>/dawn</strong>, <strong>/midday</strong>, <strong>/dusk</strong>, <strong>/midnight</strong> — Set the time properly</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/sun</strong>, <strong>/rain</strong>, <strong>/storm</strong> — Set the weather <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/gmc</strong>, <strong>/gma</strong> — Change gamemode</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/trash</strong> — A container that eats whatever you leave in it</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/condense</strong>, <strong>/sortinv</strong> — Merge and alphabetize your storage</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/heal</strong>, <strong>/repair</strong>, <strong>/god</strong>, <strong>/clearinv</strong> — The usual staff toolkit <em>(staff)</em></span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>/suicide</strong>, /die — Start over</span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>Configuration</strong>:</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">A <strong>Config.json</strong> writes itself into the plugin's data folder on first boot with every setting at its default, so there is nothing to create by hand. Teleport request expiry and warmup, home limits, AFK timing and the optional idle kick, random-teleport radius and cooldown, your message of the day, your rules, and your kits all live there.</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Weather assets in Hytale are zone-named — there is no generic "rain", only <em>Zone1Rain</em>, <em>Zone3Rain</em> and so on. So <strong>/sun</strong>, <strong>/rain</strong> and <strong>/storm</strong> point at configurable asset ids, defaulting to Zone1. A server built in another zone retargets them in the config rather than going without.</span>

<span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>Permissions</strong>:</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Commands follow their permission group out of the box. These extra nodes are the ones worth knowing about:</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.homes.N</strong> — Allows N homes (default 3)</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.staff</strong> — Receives /helpop and /report</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.nick.color</strong> — May use &a-style color codes in a nickname</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.chat.bypass</strong> — Speaks through a chat lock and slow mode</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.lockdown.bypass</strong> — Connects during a lockdown</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.ignore.exempt</strong> — Cannot be ignored</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.msg.bypass</strong> — Messages a player who has messages off</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.afk.exempt</strong> — Never idle-kicked</span>
- <span style="color: #bfedd2;"><strong>sirenscommands.rtp.nocooldown</strong> — No /rtp cooldown</span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>Installation</strong>:</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Drop <strong>SirensCommands.jar</strong> into your server's <strong>/mods</strong> folder, or into your own <strong>appdata\Hytale\UserData\Mods\</strong> folder for singleplayer. There is nothing else to set up.</span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">This plugin is also how I learn to code for Hytale, for the bigger project I keep coming back to — my <a style="color: #bfedd2;" href="https://www.curseforge.com/hytale/mods/mermaids" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Mermaids</a> plugin.</span>
<span style="color: #169179;">===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===--===</span>
<span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>Support the Creator of Siren's Commands</strong>:</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">You can support me by using my creator code <span style="color: #2dc26b;"><strong>SIREN</strong></span> at checkout.</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">If you would like to support the work directly, my mods have a home of their own — <strong><a style="color: #2dc26b;" href="https://xianxia.dev/store/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">xianxia.dev/store</a></strong>, the Treasure Pavilion. Supporter add-ons for <strong>Mermaids</strong>, <strong>Cultivation</strong> and my <strong>Endless Leveling</strong> races live there, by subscription or bought outright.</span>
<span style="color: #bfedd2;">Siren's Commands itself is <strong>free, and stays free</strong>. Nothing in the Pavilion unlocks anything here — it simply pays for the time that goes into all of it.</span>
