McSets Payments for Hytale

The McSets Hytale Integration Plugin connects your Hytale server directly to your McSets SetStore, allowing web purchases to be delivered automatically in-game.

Once linked, the plugin listens for purchase events from McSets and executes the configured actions on your server in real time. This removes the need for manual delivery, command scripts, or third-party bridges. All payments, orders, and customer data are handled by McSets, while the plugin focuses purely on secure server-side delivery.

How it works

1. Link your server

Use /setstore link <key> to associate your Hytale server with a specific SetStore. The key is generated in your McSets dashboard and uniquely identifies your store and server. This step establishes a secure connection between McSets and the server.

1. Purchase flow

• A player completes a purchase on your McSets storefront
• McSets validates the payment and order
• The plugin receives the delivery payload for that order
• The configured in-game actions (ranks, permissions, items, or commands) are executed automatically

Delivery is handled server-side and does not rely on the player being online at the time of purchase.

1. Connection monitoring

/setstore status displays the current connection state, confirming whether the server is correctly linked and able to receive deliveries from McSets.

1. Configuration reloads

/setstore reload reloads the plugin configuration without restarting the server. This is useful when updating settings or keys from the McSets dashboard.

Commands

• /setstore link <key>

Links the Hytale server to a McSets SetStore.

• /setstore status

Shows the current connection and link status.

• /setstore reload

Reloads the plugin configuration.

All commands require the setstore.admin permission.

• Payments, storefront management, and order handling are managed entirely by McSets
• The plugin only handles delivery and server integration
