Data's Ranks

Data’s Ranks is a fully-featured, easy-to-use rank and permission management plugin for Hytale servers. It gives server owners complete control over player ranks, colors, visibility, and permissions through a clean in-game UI and simple configuration system.

🔹 Features

✔ In-game Rank Manager UI Create, edit, and assign ranks directly in-game — no server restarts required.

✔ Custom Rank Colors Choose any hex color for each rank and apply it to:

• Chat
• Player list
• Character name
• Name coloring

🔹 Simple Setup

1) Drop the plugin into your server 2) Start your server 3) Open the Rank Manager with /rank (requires op or rank-admin permission)

Create ranks, assign permissions, and you're ready to go.

🔹 Config Options

Modifier support: "%rank% - to use the players rank in strings, %player% to specify the player

• ShowEventTitle(true/false): Chooses weather to send an event title to the player on rank change
• EventTitleTextFirstLine(string): Sets the first line of the event title
• EventTitleTextFirstSecondLine(string): Sets the second line of the event title
• ShowNotificationPanel(true/false): Chooses weather to show a notification to the server
• NotificationPanelTextFirstLine: Sets the first line of the notification title
• NotificationPanelTextSecondLine: Sets the second line of the notification title

🔹 API

This is currently informal. However, add the jar to your project as a dependency. com.ranks.Main.rankConfig.get() exposes methods for common rank usage.
